Order Cancellation Request:

• Order Cancellation Request within 48hours will subject to 10% transaction charges, remaining balance will be refund back to your original payment card.
• Order Cancellation Request after 48hours will subject to deposit amount of the product or 30% of total amount penalty charges:-
  • If you order in deposit mode, you can cancel your order but deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you order in full payment mode, you can cancel your order and remaining balance (full payment - deposit) will be refund back to you original payment card.
  • If you order in payment plan mode, you can cancel your order but 1st payment is non-refundable. If you have paid more than 1 payment, remaining balance (total paid - deposit) will be refund back to you original payment card.

Payment Plan:

• Fail to pay the payment plan will cause of order cancellation without prior notice. 
• Payment Plan is given 1 month period to pay ; may contact us if you need further extend

Shipment:

• Fail to pay shipping fee will cause of order cancellation without prior notice.
• Shipping Fee is given 1 month period to pay ; may contact us if you need further extend

Deposit will submit to studio to secure your slot and for studio to proceed the statue production. Therefore, deposit will be non-refundable. Do contact us if you have any further inquiries on the cancellation and refund policy. 

Mirai Collectibles reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time. Customer agree to be bound to any such changes. Mirai Collectibles decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained.
